Isaacson & Raymond is pleased to announce that Ted Small has joined our Litigation Department. Ted concentrates his practice in complex commercial and business litigation and arbitration; construction law; real estate litigation; and personal injury.
In the construction field, Ted’s work includes litigation on behalf of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers; the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts; and risk management consultation. Representative construction litigation matters include contract disputes, claims involving allegations of defective workmanship and/or defective products, and lien claims. Ted has presented several seminars and lectures on construction law and practice, and has been recognized by New England Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the field of construction law.
Ted grew up in the Lewiston-Auburn area, and graduated in 1985 from St. Dominic Regional High School. Ted lives with his fiancée, Jessica Wilson and her three sons in Poland. He graduated first in his class from the University of Maine School of Law, where he served as a writing instructor, case note/comment editor on the Law Review, and co-chair of the Maine Association for Public Interest Law.
